    No, you don't need to have an account to shop on shubhambhavtu.com. Coz when you buy any service or product from the portal, you do enter your basic info. However we do recommend you to subscribe with us so that you can be informed about new service, product discount or any promotional offer.

    To register, you just need to click on dropdown arrow button in the top right of our website Header section. Click on the ‘Login’ button to sign up incase you haven't, You can use sign up link on the top or alternatively use Google or Facebook id to SIGN UP
  • I am unable to place an order
    We are sorry to hear that you are facing a problem related to order placing, Other than taking booking online this can be done offline as well. Do call us immediately on customer care number, For time being we can help you place order over the phone or alternatively mail us on swamiswarup101@gmail.com. Our technical team will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. FYI : we are also available on Chatbot of our website. You can either have the form filled incase you arrive after business hours or chat with us using simple chat. You can also chat using whatsapp chat bot in the same chat
  • How do I know once my order is confirmed?
    Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from www.shubhambhavtu.com, confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
  • Do you take orders over the phone?
    Well...we do not take retail orders over the phone for products. The customer has to place an order on www.bookyourguruji.com by themselves. One may call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order. For Wholesale enquiry they can call our customer support, Also as an exceptional case for Service related Booking, customer can call us on the same customer support number. Like if they want to book Guruji as per Muhurat and they dont find it in the slot.
  • I have already placed my order, can I add more items to the same order?
    No. Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it.
  • How to check the status of my order?
    To check the status of your order, visit www.shubhambhavtu.com and go to “My Orders” section under “Account”. Also we suggest you to check your inbox, We will also mail you when there is a status update to order generated.
  • I placed an order twice ?
  • Can I pre-order, which is out of stock?
    Unfortunately, we do not take preorders as of now. As far as products are concerned you can click on "Notify When Available button" and we will notify you as soon as the product has been restocked. Also, do check out social media stories for updates on re-stock.

  • How booking service works ?

  • Are there any shipping charges?
    Shipping charges are subject to market volatility, like product price, weight or distance. So since these factors keep changing we cannot be specific on charges, but these will be included in the product price.
  • How many days does it take to deliver a product ?
    It will take 4-5 working days in ideal situation, Unless we don't see any un towards situation where the delivery may take time, however we will continue to intimate our customer about the delay in such situation.
  • Can I handpick my order ?
    Ofcourse you can... you can pick up the order from our store, provided you select the option of store pick on the checkout page. No shipping charges will be applicable in this situation
  • Is the COD option available?
    Unfortunately No... Cash on Delivery option is not currently available. But we will have it operational soon.
  • How does the delivery process take place?
    We have engaged a reputed and reliable logistic partner, who would deliver the order at your doorstep once the order is confirmed and payment done.
  • What do I do if my shipment has tampered?
    In case you receive any order that you think the package is tampared / damage or been compromised, we request you to immediately take a photo of the same & whatsapp us the same if possible in the presence of delivery man along with order number and other details so that we send you fresh item
  • Do you deliver all over India?
    No due to some unavoidable reason we cannot deliver products outside Mumbai (India). Appologies. We will soon come with some sustainable long term solution

    Yes indeed! Our system will generate an alert through SMS 24 hours in advance on the number you provided while booking the service. Additionally, you may receive a call from an "Expert" if you are required to prepare certain documents, such as your "Kundali," place of birth, or time of birth details, etc. To ensure seamless communication, we recommend that you use a WhatsApp number.
  • What material do I need for Puja or Hawan
    Well it depends on Puja or Hawan you select or to be performed, items that are e.g. chaurang, Aasan, hawan kund, Bricks or Prasad that need to be cooked at the devotees house except these all items will be carried by Our Guruji. However you will receive a call to you well in advance then we will provide you with the list of material required for it.
  • What material (samagri) Guruji will bring?
    Okay so... Items that are required for performing puja or hawan will be brought by Guruji e.g. flowers, gandh, coconut, ghee or samidha etc will be brought by Guruji but items that support puja like chaurang, aasana, or bricks for building Hawan is expected to be provided by Devotee. You will receive a call from Guruji he will explain you in detail.
  • How do I make payment for Puja or hawan I want to perform?
    Well payment to our services are of 2 categories Online & Personal. 1) Those service which need to be performed at the users place are deemed to be paid partly in advance and balance to our guruji on his arrival. 2) Those service which need to be performed online need to be paid in full online.
  • Does Shubhambhavtu.com accept donations or offerings?
    No, Shubhambhavtu.com does not accept any "chanda" or "chadhawa" in any form. If anyone poses as a representative from Shubhambhavtu.com and demands any donation, please do not entertain them. Instead, immediately contact us and bring the matter to our attention. Our primary focus is to provide a seamless and spiritually enriching experience without any monetary expectations. For further assistance or to report any such incidents, please reach out to us through the contact information provided on our website.
  • How do I choose guruji of my language or choice
    Okay so there are 2 ways of booking 1) Select service by Puja:- Select this service incase you don't bother what is mother tongue or caste of guruji. But if you insist on performing puja by selecting guruji of your caste or mother tongue than you may opt for 2) Select service by Guruji:- Select this service, we categorically mention mother tongue of our guruji next his name. You can select a guruji which will eventually lead you to booking puja.
  • What if Guruji don't turn up?
    Well this may happen, unless there is untoward situation like floods / heavy rainfall , strike in the city or some kind of political instability. Under any condition we ask you to call us / WhatsApp us and keep us in a loop.
