Canellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund& Return Policy

Cancellation on Service :

Cancellation of booking by either way: (A) Book service by puja OR (B) Book service by guruji following clauses are applicable.

25% of Booking amount shall be deducted, if the booking is cancelled 2 days prior.
40% of Booking amount shall be deducted, if the booking is cancelled 1 days prior.
No amount shall be refunded, if the booking is cancelled on the same day of the service.

No refund shall be done in case the devotee/buyer/customer is unable to perform due to any unavoidable reason. (E.g. unexpectedly “sutak” is applicable to devotee on that day). However he can request to postpone service.

Also NO refund shall be made, if Guruji reaches the venue where puja is supposed to be performed in time and for some reason the puja is not performed,

Cancellation of products bought :

Gift cards of similar value will be issued if you want to cancel the order on products bought from https://www.shubhambhavtu.com within 24 hrs of order made. Once the order is dispatched the shipping expenses has to be borne by the customer / buyer upon cancellation.

Replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:

Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you
Product is used, tested or is not in its original condition.
Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
Product was damaged after use/opening.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
Product with tampered or missing serial number
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

The product is supposed to be returned in same original package / box along with all its content like warranty card, manufacturer tag number, including any free or complimentary items.

Refund Policy To give completely bother free puja experience to our client and in this manner we have a liberal cancellation and refund approach…Refund Policy:
Cancellation of Service orders: For cancellation of puja services or any other services which was ordered (as per organized schedule selected by customer) the following refund policy is approved

Before 2 days: 50 % of the Amount will be refunded.
Before 1 day: 40% of the Amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within last 24 hours: No amount is approved for refund due to all bookings already would be in place.
In case the allotted Pandit reaches the venue on time but due to some reasons from the customer’s side the Puja is not conducted during the given specific time (Muhurat), there will be no refund provided.
In case of the consultation, consultation charges are non- refundable charges whether the client performed the event or not.
Shubhambhavtu.com will deduct the transnational charges mentioned on the invoice from the refund amount before initiate it.
For Pooja Samagri Kits, refund will be only applicable in-case of any damage caused by shubhambhavtu.com. 100% refund will be initiated if the order is cancelled within 1hrs once placed. No refund will be initiated after 1hrs.
